Welcome to StarticePhoto. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By submitting an order on starticephoto.com, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Contracting Party
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“the Customer”) and Snappy Lab (M) Sdn Bhd (the “Company”), operating under the brand name StarticePhoto.
2. Intellectual Property & Legal Compliance
Customer Warranty: The Customer warrants that they hold all necessary rights, copyrights, licenses, and permissions for any content, photos, or files submitted for printing.
Exclusion of Liability: Snappy Lab (M) Sdn Bhd acts solely as a provider of printing services. We do not review submitted content for legality or copyright status. You are exclusively responsible for the content you submit.
Indemnity: The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snappy Lab (M) Sdn Bhd, its officers, and employees from any legal claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or reproduction of the files provided by the Customer.
3. Product Representation & Quality
Professional Printing Systems: We utilize advanced printing technologies to ensure high-quality results, including traditional Silver Halide photo processing, high-gamut 6–12 colors lab inkjet systems, and industrial CMYK digital presses.
Color Matching: We make every effort to ensure accurate color reproduction. However, because consumer monitor/screen settings (RGB) display colors differently than professional physical print outputs (such as Silver Halide chemistry, high-gamut inks, or CMYK digital presses), the final printed product may vary in color, brightness, or contrast compared to what you see on your digital device. Such variations are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute a product defect.
File Quality: Snappy Lab (M) Sdn Bhd is not responsible for the final print quality if low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, or poorly lit images are submitted by the Customer.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Self-Pickup
Courier Delivery Disclaimer: We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage to orders once they have been handed over to a third-party courier service. Any issues regarding transit time or delivery damage must be directed to the courier provider. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Self-Pickup: Customers choosing the self-pickup option must collect their orders from their selected designated pickup point—either Fotojoy (Cheras) or LALAPRINT (Wisma Cosway)—after receiving a ready-for-collection notification.
5. Custom Goods & Refund Policy
Final Sale: Because all products provided by StarticePhoto are custom-manufactured based on your specific files, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason once the order has been processed and printed. Please review your files carefully before submission.
Cancellation: Once an order is confirmed and production has commenced, it cannot be canceled or modified.
6. Data Privacy & File Retention
Deletion Policy: To ensure your privacy and manage server capacity, all files submitted for printing are stored for a maximum period of seven (7) days from the date of order submission.
Permanently Deleted: After this 7-day period, all photo files are permanently deleted from our systems. Snappy Lab (M) Sdn Bhd does not guarantee the availability of your files for re-printing after this window.
