Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing StarticePhoto! We are dedicated to delivering your memories with the highest quality and speed. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery processes.
1. Order Processing & Production Time
Because all our prints are custom-made with your uploaded photos, we require time to process and print your order beautifully.
Production Time: 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after successful payment and photo submission.
Peak periods may take slightly longer, but we always strive to print and ship as fast as possible.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We ship nationwide within Malaysia (Peninsular and East Malaysia). Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location.
Peninsular Malaysia: 1 – 3 working days
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3 – 7 working days
Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our third-party courier partners. Total time to receive your package = Production Time + Delivery Time.
3. Track Your Order
Once your order has been printed, securely packed, and shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or notification containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the courier’s system.
4. Self-Pickup Options
Want to save on shipping? You can choose to collect your orders directly from one of our designated pickup points. Simply select your preferred location at checkout:
Cheras Pickup Point: Fotojoy
KL City Centre Pickup Point: LALAPRINT (Wisma Cosway)
How it works: Select “Self-Pickup” and choose your location at checkout. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp once your custom prints are ready. Please present your order ID when you arrive to collect.
5. Important Notes & Courier Liability
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct before finalizing your order. We cannot modify the shipping address once processing begins.
Courier Responsibility & Unboxing Rule: StarticePhoto is not liable for shipping delays, losses, or damages caused during transit by third-party courier services. To protect both parties, we strictly require a clear, uncut unboxing video of your parcel from the moment you start opening the outer packaging. If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide this unboxing video so we can help you coordinate a solution. Without a clear unboxing video, we cannot accept any damage or replacement claims.
