Our turnaround time is broken into two parts:

• Production Time: 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to custom-print and pack your order beautifully.

• Courier Delivery Time: 1–3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 3–7 working days for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

Yes! We have two convenient self-pickup points in the Klang Valley. You can select your preferred location during checkout:

(Note: Please wait until you receive a WhatsApp or email notification stating that your order is ready before heading over. Remember to present your Order ID upon collection.)

Once your prints are handed over to our courier partner, we will email or notify you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the courier’s official tracking portal.

We utilize multiple professional, studio-grade print technologies depending on the product type and variant you select. Here is what makes our print quality stand out:

• Silver Halide Chemical Processing: The gold standard for traditional photography. It embeds colors directly into the paper layer using chemical development rather than spraying ink. The Advantage: Ultra-smooth color gradients, zero visible ink dots, completely waterproof surfaces, and excellent long-term archival life against fading.

• High-Gamut 6–12 Color Lab Inkjet Systems: An advanced fine-art printing tech that utilizes specialized wide-gamut ink setups. The Advantage: Offers a much wider color spectrum than standard printers can reach, producing incredibly vibrant tones, deep blacks, and stunningly sharp details—ideal for artistic prints and custom Lomo layouts.

• Industrial CMYK Digital Presses: Heavy-duty production presses designed for high-precision toner transfer. The Advantage: Provides excellent speed, crisp text clarity, and precise registration, making it highly efficient for high-volume custom layout prints and fast-turnaround orders.

This is a natural difference between digital screens and physical prints. Phone and computer displays show colors in RGB (light), which can look incredibly bright or saturated. Professional print machines process colors using specialized color profiles (Chemistry, CMYK, or High-Gamut inks). Minor variations in tone or brightness are normal and inherent to the professional printing process.

We print the exact files you upload. If an image is a low-resolution screenshot, blurry, or very dark, it will print exactly that way. We highly recommend uploading the original, high-quality image file directly from your camera or phone gallery for the sharpest results.

Because we are a fast-turnaround print service and all items are fully customized with your personal photos, orders enter processing very quickly. Once an order is confirmed and production begins, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified. Please check your photos and sizes carefully before completing payment!

Your privacy is our top priority. We store your uploaded files for a maximum of seven (7) days from your order date to ensure successful printing and quality checking. After 7 days, your images are permanently deleted from our system and cannot be recovered or used for reprints.
