REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at StarticePhoto! Because all our photo prints, lomo cards, and polaroids are custom-made using your uploaded files, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind.

However, we want you to love your prints! If there is an issue with your order, please review our policy below. 

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong items, we will gladly arrange a replacement print or store credit for you.

  • Reporting Window: You must report the issue to us within 14 days of receiving your package.

  • Strict Unboxing Video Requirement: To qualify for a replacement, you must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video showing the unopened outer parcel package being opened, alongside a clear look at the affected items. We strictly do not accept any photos or standalone images as proof of transit damage or missing items. 

2. Issues Not Covered (Non-Refundable)

We cannot offer refunds, reprints, or returns for errors outside of our production control. This includes:

  • Low-Resolution Images: Prints that appear blurry, pixelated, or dark because the uploaded original photo was of low quality, poorly lit, or a screenshot.

  • Cropping Issues: Parts of the image being cut off due to selecting a print size ratio (e.g., 3R, 4R, square) that doesn’t match the original photo’s dimensions.

  • Customer Typos: Spelling errors or wrong text entered by the customer for custom-text prints.

  • Shipping Address Errors: Parcels lost or delayed due to an incorrect delivery address provided at checkout.

3. How to Request a Replacement

If your situation meets the criteria for a replacement or store credit:

  1. Contact our support team via Email or WhatsApp (details below).

  2. Provide your Order ID and the required clear unboxing video.

  3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 working days. If approved, we will print and ship your replacement free of charge as quickly as possible. Please note: Claims without a clear unboxing video will be automatically rejected.
